Introducing Samuel Chapman Haywards Heath
Well, luckily for me, I was invited along to the opening of my local Samuel Chapman salon, based in Haywards Heath, where I was treated to a morning pamper by Senior Stylist Jade. After a warm welcome from Jade, Aimee, Reid and Samuel, the owner, I was invited to take a seat amongst some gorgeous tropical surroundings whilst a cappuccino and biscuit were brought to me and I was instantly made to feel like a guest in their home.

Just as I thought life couldn’t get any better, Jade offered me a complimentary consultation where I could discuss the type of style that I was looking for, before whizzing me off to their basin area. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing head massage whilst I sunk into the reclining seats and continued to admire the interior design of this beautiful salon.

Of course, I naturally dozed off for a bit before heading back to my seat where I was given access to a cool little app that allowed me to enjoy unlimited access to a wide range of magazines and newspapers in a COVID and environmentally friendly way whilst Jade worked her magic on my frizzy locks.
A Cinderella moment
How did the transformation go? Well, it can only be described as a Cinderella moment where I ended up being transported into my very own fairy tale. The only difference is that my hair didn’t change back once the hands on the clock struck midnight, in fact, I was amazed to witness my bouncy curls last an impressive five days and they only disappeared after a reluctant wash.
Of course, bouncy curls weren’t the only thing that was important to me. Thanks to the pandemic, I have had more time to educate myself about the environmental impacts of my seemingly innocent decisions as a buyer.
